Weathercraft Co. of Lincoln was established Sept. 1, 1969 by William D. Livengood. Today it is still owned and operated by Bill Sr. and the Livengood family. Through the years the company has grown to include Weathercraft Co. of Lincoln (commercial roofing), American Roofing (residential roofing), Better Builders (light construction), Weathercraft Co. of Grand Island, and R. L. Craft of Omaha. Weathercraft has also been awarded the Master Contractor with Firestone annually since the beginning of the award program in 1988. Weathercraft is fully insured and bondable up to $10,000,000 per single job.
